Wendy Martin was born and raised in Branford where she built her home in and raised a family. In 2014 she moved to Norwich in Oxford County. A mother of twins and a grandmother to two little girls, Wendy is actively involved in her community and has served as the acting Chair of the Accessibility Committee in the Township of Norwich. She also volunteers for the BIA and Nostalgia Day Festival.
Wendy holds a certificate in Human Resources from York University. Her career has taken her from hospitality manager, bookkeeper and to be the right hand to the President and CFO of an innovation and technology company in the field of cavitation.
In 2020 Wendy changed careers like many others who lost their jobs due to covid restrictions and mandates. When the Canadian and US border closed, she had to make some tough choices for her livelihood - and decided to pursue a career in life insurance. She currently serves as Regional Producer at the management level with a large financial services firm.
Always looking at the positive side of politics, Wendy is focused on finding solutions to the problems the governments are creating for Canadians. Wendy is proud to say she is a Pro Life supporter - and works tirelessly to defend traditional family values.
